I just made the crust part of this recipe so far and it is very very greasy -- is it supposed to be? Seems very moist.

I made these for my husband's cricket team. They were very popular! It's hard to get graham crackers in the UK so I used digestives and it worked fine. Thank you so much for this tasty recipe :)

Just came across this recipe. OH MY GOODNESS! I need to try this! Before I do I have a question. Where do you find mini rolos? How big is the bag? We have tubes of rolos but I think there are 7 in a tube - looks like you use more! Also the choclate drizzle you top the cheesecake with. Is this a bottle of drizzle or do you make it? Thanks

What size pan did you use

Made these yesterday but have a hard time cutting them. Any suggestions? They are yummily evil! :)

DANIELLE said...

SO GLAD U GUYS ALL LOVED THEM! XO

VAN PINX-Let them sit out for maybe 20 mins and then cut them all up! Chill again and before serving let them sit out again to soften the rolos. Glad you enjoyed them!!!

I am going to make these tonight but have one question. Can I use honey in place of the corn syrup? Thanks in advance for your reply.

DANIELLE said...

SORRY, I HAVE NEVER TRIED IT WITH HONEY SO I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THAT.

Sheila Tupper said...

Can you please tell us what kind of chocolate drizzle you used? Recipe for it. Also what size pan?

DANIELLE said...

sure! i always drizzle with chocolate chips melted in a piping bag and the pan says 9x13. Hope u enjoy!

www.lindacunningham.scentsy.us said...

What kind of chocolate chips?
Semi sweet or milk chocolate?
Also - for the top did you use half of a regular sized rolo or mini rolo?

DANIELLE said...

SEMI SWEET AND I USED HALF A REGULAR ROLO :-)

DTower said...

Just made these last night. For the crust I used a mix of chocolate and regular graham cracker crumbs- turned out very well.

They taste SO good.

holly hendrix said...

Made these today in my new apartment, had no microwave so drizzled with choc syrup(no glaze), put heath crumbs and a half a rolo.

holly hendrix said...

They were a hit at birthday party I made them for.

John Pynaert said...

These look insane - any chance u can email me over the recipe in UK measurements or point me in the right direction

I have a corn allergy any idea what I can use in instead of corn syrup... soy and peanut allergy too.

HeidiT said...

I am trying these now but it all fell apart at the glaze. Don't know what I did wrong but the butter and the chocolate chips went all funny and grainy looking and started to harden. They didn't go all runny and smooth even though I added the Light Corn syrup. What am I doing wrong I wasted an entire bag and got terrible results. I'm reluctant to buy another bag only to have them go funny again on me again. Ive used chocolate chips for other recipes and put them in the oven for a few minutes and they melted smoothly, should I skip the butter?

DANIELLE said...

Heidi-sounds like the chips scorched from overheating in the microwave possibly? Heat at just 30 second intervals and stir.
